Downloads
All of The Quilter’s Quitlers patterns will be available for immediate download after your payment has been processed and confirmed by Paypal.
Within your invoice you will find links to your downloadable file which will be available for you to download within 24hrs.
Patterns will be downloaded to you in zip form ready for you to unzip and install on your computerized quilting machine. We endeavour to keep our zip files virus free however we strongly recommend that you have up to date anti-virus software on your system for your protection.

Shipping
Quilts and other non downloadable products will be shipped using Australia post. Orders within Australia will be charged a flat fee of $20 and will be sent by “Registered Post”.

Pricing
All prices are noted in are Australian Dollars.
All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, The Quilter’s Quilter reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes and other extenuating circumstances.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If your goods arrive damaged or faulty you have 7 days to contact us to make a claim. Once you have contacted us will arrange the return of these goods and they must returned in it’s original packaging. We will then refund the price paid for the Product you have returned upon receipt of product by The Quilter’s Quilter.
Exchange Policy
We will happily exchange goods in their original and unused condition, and only in their original packaging.
Goods must be postmarked and returned within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or credit note. (Credits will be honoured for 3 months from issue date). Goods received after 14 days will not be accepted.
Cost of postage to return the goods to The Quilter’s Quilter is at the customer’s expense. We recommend that goods be returned by registered post or courier for security purposes with appropriate insurances. The Quilter’s Quilter will not be responsible for the loss of goods shipped by the customer.
Downloadable patterns can not be exchanged.
