Fraudulent Credit Card Usage

The Quilter’s Quilter shall not be held liable nor in any way responsible for fraudulent credit card usage on our website resulting in the subsequent payment and delivery of products.  The Quilter’s Quilter will not be liable for refund of monies, in part nor in full, should a purchase be made by persons illegally.  Despite our contacting purchasers to confirm their order after its initial placement and requesting CVV information as an additional fraudulent preventative method, we have no means of determining a cardholder’s authenticity at any stage during the order process.
